01. Adventure Risk

Trekking and outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injuries, altitude sickness, changing weather conditions, natural hazards and unforeseen events. Participants join at their own risk.

02. Fitness Responsibility

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically fit for the chosen trek. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed before the trip.

03. Itinerary Changes

The itinerary may be modified, delayed or cancelled due to weather, road conditions, government restrictions, safety concerns or any circumstances beyond our control.

04. Personal Belongings

Snowshine Expeditions is not liable for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings during the trip. Travellers are advised to carry valuables at their own risk.

05. Force Majeure

The company shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays or additional expenses caused by natural disasters, landslides, floods, political unrest, strikes, pandemics or other force majeure events.

06. Third-Party Services

Transportation, accommodation and other services may be provided by third-party vendors. While we carefully select our partners, Snowshine Expeditions is not liable for their acts, omissions or service failures.

07. Compliance

All participants are expected to follow the instructions of trek leaders, local authorities and campsite regulations. Failure to comply may result in removal from the trip without any refund.
