We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our official channels.

More Than 30 Days Before Departure

 

    100% Refund

 

    Complete refund after deducting any expenses already incurred for hotel bookings, transport or permits.

21–30 Days Before Departure

 

    75% Refund

 

    75% of the total trip cost is refunded; 25% is retained to cover committed operational costs.

11–20 Days Before Departure

 

    50% Refund

 

    50% of the total trip cost is refunded. Cancellations in this window significantly impact logistics.

0–10 Days Before Departure

 

    No Refund

 

    No refund is applicable for cancellations within 10 days of departure due to fully committed costs.

Important Note

 

    • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

 

    • In case of trip cancellation by Snowshine Expeditions due to weather, safety or force majeure, a full refund or an alternate departure date will be offered.
