Terms and Conditions

01. Snowshine Expeditions strictly prohibits the use of narcotics and banned substances during its trips. The company is not responsible for any harm caused by such usage.
02. The use of weapons, fireworks and toxic substances is strictly prohibited. The company is not responsible for any person who violates Indian law during the trip.
03. Snowshine Expeditions reserves the right to evict any traveller whose actions violate trip rules or who misbehaves towards co-travellers. No refunds are given in such cases.
04. Snowshine Expeditions is not responsible for the whereabouts or safety of travellers outside the designated transport vehicle or camp area.
05. Any loss or damage to company or transport-vehicle property is subject to full payment of the product’s MRP by the responsible traveller.
06. Snowshine Expeditions is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to personal belongings of travellers during the tour.
07. All guests must carry a valid government-issued ID at all times. Advance notification is mandatory for any external guests.
08. Snowshine Expeditions accepts no responsibility for any injuries or loss/theft of personal property during the tour.
09. In case of vehicle breakdown or delay, travellers may need to wait until the transport is repaired; backup transport may not always be available.
10. The company is not responsible for delays or programme changes due to natural hazards, accidents, weather, landslides, political closures or unforeseen incidents.
11. The company is not responsible for delays due to traffic. Sightseeing or activities may be cancelled if the group does not arrive on schedule.
12. The Trip Organiser/Coordinator reserves the right to modify the itinerary based on on-ground conditions, safety or unforeseen circumstances.
13. We expect all travellers to help maintain a clean, safe and respectful environment on the trail and at all campsites.
14. Registrations once booked cannot be exchanged or transferred. Refunds are governed solely by the Cancellation Policy in this document.
15. By booking a trip with Snowshine Expeditions, you agree to abide by all rules, regulations and terms listed herein.
